Each event has its own individual set of Terms and Conditions. These include early bird terms, cancellation dates, etc. Kindly ensure that you read these carefully as submitting a registration is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and is legally binding.

A copy of the Terms & Conditions for each open event can be found under Tools & Resources -> Downloads -> Course Overviews (for training courses) or -> Conference Programmes (for conferences).

Training courses - if you are unable to attend the course for which you have booked, you may postpone your attendance to a later course.

However, you may only postpone your attendance once. Thereafter, you will forfeit your booking and your course fee. This option is only available to paid delegates and notification must be sent in writing at least 48 hours before commencement of the original course.
